Why we give
Where your giving goes.
Generosity is a way of life at Believer Church, not a religious obligation. It is the natural response of people who have received everything.
Giving at Believer Church funds the actual work of the church in Albuquerque. It pays for the Sunday and Tuesday services, the BC Kids and BC Youth environments, small groups, BC Recovery, and the building and staff that keep all of it running week after week.
It also funds work far past our parking lot. LoveABQ takes our people out into this city to serve neighbors, schools, and organizations that may never walk into our building. And a portion leaves Albuquerque entirely, supporting global partners including the Dream Center in Los Angeles and a children’s home in Thailand.
Believer Church is a registered nonprofit, and gifts are tax deductible. Give as you are led, at whatever amount fits your life right now. Every gift counts, and no one here will ever pressure you or guilt you into one.

Is my gift tax deductible?
Yes. Believer Church is a registered nonprofit, and giving is tax deductible. You will receive a year-end statement for your records.
Is online giving secure?
Yes. Online and in-app giving run through Pushpay, an encrypted payment processor built for churches. We never see or store your card or bank details.
Can I set up recurring giving?
Yes. You can schedule a recurring gift in the app or through the online giving form in a few steps, and you can change or cancel it yourself at any time.
Can I give by check or in person?
Absolutely. Drop your gift in person at a service, or mail a check to Believer Church, 320 Waterfall Dr SE, Albuquerque, NM 87123.
What about stock or other assets?
We can receive gifts of stock and other assets. Call the church office at (505) 292-5082, Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and we will walk you through it.
Do I have to give to be part of this church?
No. Giving is a response, not a ticket. You are just as welcome here whether you have ever given a dollar or not.
Can I designate my gift to a specific ministry?
Yes. The giving form and the app both let you choose a fund, including missions. If you do not pick one, your gift goes to the general fund, which supports the whole ministry of the church.
