Hannah Wyatt is the Operations Director at Believer Church. She coordinates the daily operations of the church, keeping staff, projects, and deadlines moving across every department. Hannah oversees the logistics behind church events and guest speakers, leads the weekly operations meeting, and supervises the administrative team, including the front desk. If something at BC happens on time and in the right room, there is a good chance Hannah is the reason.
Shirley Howard
Family Pastor
Shirley Howard is the Family Pastor at Believer Church. She provides pastoral counseling and care to members, couples, and families, walking with people through illness, grief, and the hardest seasons of life. Shirley visits those who are hospitalized or homebound, responds to urgent pastoral care needs, and connects people with professional counselors when a need goes beyond what pastoral care should carry alone.
Lauren Stewart
Next Gen Pastor
Lauren Stewart is the Next Gen Pastor at Believer Church, leading the ministries that serve everyone from the nursery to young adults. She oversees the Sunday and Tuesday environments for BC Kids, BC Youth, and BC Young Adults, selects curriculum, and recruits and trains the volunteer teams that make those rooms safe and full of life. Lauren also leads major Next Gen events through the year, including Kids Con.
Jensen Wyatt
Next Gen Assistant
Jensen Wyatt is the Next Gen Assistant at Believer Church. She supports the Next Gen team across BC Kids and BC Youth, preparing materials and environments for Sunday and Tuesday services, coordinating volunteer communication, and serving hands-on in children and youth rooms every week. Jensen helps make sure that when a family walks in, the room their kids walk into is ready for them.
Noah Gallegos
Youth Coordinator
Noah Gallegos is the Youth Coordinator at Believer Church, with particular ownership of our mid school ministry. He builds, leads, and develops the mid school volunteer team, teaches students on rotation, and shows up in the middle of the week-to-week rhythms of youth ministry at BC. Noah cares about the age where faith either becomes personal or gets put on a shelf, and he builds ministry for exactly that moment.
Dahv Cuellar
Worship Pastor
Dahv Cuellar is the Worship Pastor at Believer Church. He leads worship at our Sunday and Tuesday services and oversees the teams that make those moments possible, from vocalists and musicians to the sound and production booth. Beyond the platform, Dahv spends his week developing musicians and providing spiritual mentorship to the worship team, building a culture where worship is about the presence of God rather than a performance.
Megan Johnson
Multimedia Designer
Megan Johnson leads creative output at Believer Church, from what appears on screen during services to the design, photography, and communication the church puts in front of Albuquerque. She shapes how BC looks and sounds in public, coordinates the production and creative volunteers behind it, and makes sure the story the church tells matches the church you meet when you walk in the doors.

Jay Goldstein
Facilities Manager
Jay Goldstein is the Facilities Manager at Believer Church. He maintains the church facility and grounds, manages the BC Bookstore and Coffee Bar, and handles the repairs, inspections, and upkeep that keep the campus ready for everything that happens here through the week. Jay also schedules and trains the maintenance volunteers who serve alongside him.
Gail Overton
Comptroller
Gail Overton is the Comptroller at Believer Church. She manages the financial activities of the church, directing and performing the accounting work that keeps BC a faithful steward of what people give. Gail oversees stewardship reporting and financial administration, and she treats every dollar given to this church as something entrusted, not just recorded.
Sherie Zion
Front Desk + Admin
Sherie Zion runs the front desk at Believer Church. She is the voice that answers when you call the office, the person who greets visitors during the week, and the one who makes sure messages, mail, and follow-up letters get where they need to go. Sherie provides administrative support across the whole staff, and for many people she is the first conversation they ever have with our church.
