Ministries at BC

Wherever you are in life, there is a place for you here.

Believer Church is one church with a lot of front doors. A Sunday service is the widest one, but most of what happens here happens the rest of the week: kids learning the Bible in a room built for them, students on a Tuesday night, adults in a living room across town, people getting free in recovery, and teams out in Albuquerque serving neighbors who may never walk into our building.

Everything below is open to you whether this is your first week or your fortieth year. Pick the one that fits where you actually are, not where you think you should be.

Kids playing together at a Believer Church BC Kids event

Ages 0-12 · Sundays 10 AM, Tuesdays 7 PM

BC Kids

Nursery, preschool, and elementary environments where teaching, worship, and play are built for the age in the room. Kids matter now, not someday, so we teach the Bible in a way a six year old can actually carry home.

Sunday gets you in the room. A small group gets you known. Groups meet in homes across the metro around a study, a season of life, or a shared interest, and new ones open every semester.

Questions about getting involved

Which ministry should I start with?

If you are brand new, start by planning a visit on a Sunday. After that, most people take one of two next steps: a small group, which meets in a home through the week, or a serve team. Either one moves you from attending to belonging faster than anything else we do.

Do I have to be a member to join a ministry?

No. Small groups, BC Kids, BC Youth, Young Adults, and BC Recovery are open to anyone. Serve teams have a short application because some roles involve kids or handling money, but there is no membership requirement.

Is there a cost?

No. Ministries at Believer Church are free, including BC Recovery, where the curriculum is provided at no charge. A few special events and conferences have a ticket price, and those are always listed on the event page.

What if my family needs something you have not listed?

Call the front desk at (505) 292-5082 Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, or send a message through the contact page. A real person reads every message and replies within one business day.

Still not sure where you fit?

Tell us a little about yourself and we will point you at the right person. No pressure, no sales pitch.
