BCYA is a place for connection, growth, and purpose designed for ages 18-30. Our community offers a supportive space for young adults navigating the questions and challenges of this stage of life.
Eighteen to thirty is the decade where everything moves at once. School, first jobs, first apartments, dating, moving back, moving out, and figuring out what you actually believe now that nobody is making you go to church. It is also the stretch where a lot of people quietly drift, not because they decided anything, but because nobody noticed they were gone.
BCYA exists so that does not happen here. We gather the first Thursday of each month at 7 PM for worship, teaching, and time to actually talk, and our people stay connected through small groups and serve teams the rest of the month.
You do not need a church background, a friend already in the room, or your life sorted out. Show up as you are and see if these are your people.

Common questions
Who is BC Young Adults for?
Ages 18 to 30, roughly. College students, people in their first job, newlyweds, single folks, and everyone in between. If that is the season you are in, this is your room.
When do you meet?
The first Thursday of each month at 7 PM at Believer Church, 320 Waterfall Dr SE. Upcoming dates are listed on this page and on the events page.
What happens beyond the monthly gathering?
Small groups. They meet in homes across Albuquerque through the week and are where most of the real friendships get made. You can also join a serve team on Sundays or Tuesdays.
What if I do not know anyone?
Most people walk in the first time not knowing anyone. Come a few minutes early, and somebody will find you. Nobody gets left standing by the door.
Do I have to be a Christian to come?
No. Plenty of people show up with more questions than answers, and that is welcome here. You will not be pressured or put on the spot.
